Blacksmith Agency is an AI-first digital agency seeking a Performance Marketing Specialist to own paid media for a book of B2B and growing-brand clients. You will set targeting, budgets, roadmaps, and the narrative when clients ask why.

You are the strategic voice at the table, and you make the calls. You will manage campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads, optimize bids, track conversions, and present 90-day roadmaps with the numbers behind them on the call.

Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on in Google Ads and Meta, managing campaigns end-to-end.
• Proven ROAS/CPA improvement and pipeline impact.
• Experience in agency environments managing multiple clients.
• Excellent English for live calls with US clients.

Responsabilités

• Own paid media for B2B and growing-brand clients across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads.
• Handle budget allocation, bidding, targeting and creative testing.
• Ensure accurate conversion tracking with GA4, tag manager and platform pixels.
• Develop 90-day and quarterly roadmaps for each client and explain the numbers on calls.
• Drive account growth through retention, upsell and long-term client relationships.
