Toromont Cat is seeking a Parts Counter Person – Coeur Mining to join our team. This full-time, permanent role serves as the primary customer contact for advising and distributing parts, delivering superior service across a rotating remote site.

The position features a 14/14 rotation with 12-hour days, providing exposure to a safety-first environment and opportunities to work across Eastern Canada. Compensation ranges from $49,845 to $62,305 plus potential bonuses and benefits.

Qualifications

• Minimum post-secondary education.
• 3+ years of experience in a parts service role.
• Knowledge of DBS, SIS, Word & Excel.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate safe and professional service at all times and follow Health and Safety policies.
• Provide product expertise, offer parts recommendations, and communicate promotions to customers.
• Handle parts inquiries and correspondence by counter, email, and phone promptly and courteously.
• Manage daily parts operations: sourcing, procuring, ordering, backorders, credits, inventory counts, cores and warranties, and hydraulic hose builds.
• Provide on-call service as required, including weekends and evenings.
• Rotate 14/14, 12 hours per day.
