Job summary

Adastra is seeking a highly organized Partner Operations Manager to support the AWS alliance. This role reports to the VP, AWS Partner Alliance and will coordinate across Sales, Marketing, Leadership, and AWS stakeholders to drive go-to-market and co-sell initiatives in a fast-paced environment.

Based in Toronto with a hybrid schedule, the role oversees AWS Partner Central administration, performance metrics, program coordination, and cross-functional collaboration to deliver measurable business

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in partner operations, alliance management, or related fields.
• Experience coordinating across Sales, Marketing, and Leadership teams.
• Experience with AWS partner programs and AWS Partner Central is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Serve as operational liaison between AWS Alliance leadership and Marketing to track project prioritization.
• Maintain AWS-focused assets to ensure current, on-brand materials across sales channels.
• Track go-to-market initiatives, identify risks or blockers, and support campaign execution.
• Coordinate co-sell planning and reporting with AWS sales and partner teams.
• Oversee AWS Partner Central administration, data submissions, and partner scorecards.
