Job summary

Bilinguallink is seeking a Senior Manager, Procure-to-Pay (P2P) to lead global spend management and oversee Procurement and Accounts Payable. This remote Canada-based role focuses on building a scalable P2P ecosystem, driving automation, and enforcing strong governance.

You will manage a multi-functional team, implement P2P dashboards, and partner with Treasury on liquidity strategies while embedding Samsara’s cultural principles across offices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or 10 years of equivalent experience.
• 7+ years of Procurement and Accounts Payable experience.
• 5+ years of people management/supervisory experience.
• Experience with ERP systems, preferably NetSuite, ZIP, Coupa & Zendesk.
• Proficient in Excel.
• SOX compliance experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the management of Procure to Pay functions.
• Utilize technology to automate and streamline Procure to Pay processes.
• Design and enforce global procurement policies aligned with governance and controls.
• Manage the full lifecycle of technology implementations for P2P.
• Architect P2P dashboards and KPIs to monitor volume and complexity.
• Maintain robust SOX and operational controls with documented processes.
• Lead investigations into bottlenecks and implement scalable solutions.
• Lead month-end and year-end closing for P2P lifecycle including accruals and reconciliations.
• Collaborate with Treasury on cash management strategies and AP forecasting.
