Job summary

Float is hiring a Senior Product Manager, Spend Management to join our growing Product team in Canada. You’ll own features end-to-end, translate business problems into clear requirements, write user stories, and partner with Engineering and Design to deliver intuitive, high-quality experiences that move activation, engagement and revenue.

You will lead cross-functional delivery, define outcomes, track success metrics, and continuously improve workflows for B2B SaaS customers.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on B2B SaaS Product Management in a startup or scale-up.
• Strong analytical mindset with metrics, experimentation and data use.
• Ownership mindset with end-to-end feature delivery.
• Ability to collaborate with Design and Engineering to ship intuitive solutions.

Responsibilities

• Own features end-to-end from discovery through launch and iteration.
• Translate business and customer problems into clear product requirements and user stories.
• Partner closely with Engineering and Design to deliver intuitive, high-quality product experiences on time.
• Define and track success metrics and analyze data to guide iteration.
• Identify AI opportunities and evaluate risks for responsible use.
