Job summary

Caseware, a leading Canadian fintech, seeks a Senior Manager, Procurement & Procurement Operations in Toronto. The role owns and evolves the global procurement function, partnering with Legal, IT, Finance, and business leads to build scalable processes, governance, and supplier management across SaaS and technology spend.

The hybrid, full-time position focuses on CLM, renewal programs, analytics, and an AI-enabled roadmap to improve visibility, efficiency, and employee experience.

Qualifications

• 8-10 years of progressive procurement experience, preferably in SaaS/tech.
• Proven ability to build procurement capabilities, governance, and operating models.
• Experience leading complex, high-value negotiations and strategic sourcing.
• Deep knowledge of technology procurement, SaaS licensing, and vendor management.
• Experience developing contracts, renewal processes, and CLM/procurement tech.
• Strong understanding of DOA, governance, controls, and risk management.
• Ability to translate data into actionable procurement recommendations.
• Experience creating KPIs, dashboards, and spend analytics.

Responsibilities

• Own procurement strategy, operating model, and roadmap at Caseware.
• Lead complex sourcing, vendor selection, negotiations, contracting, and implementation.
• Develop category strategies balancing value, risk, and scalability.
• Build centralized contract and vendor repository and data standards.
• Drive procurement automation, AI roadmap, and workflow improvements.
• Partner with Legal, IT, Finance, and Security to integrate processes.
• Establish renewal management programs and license optimization.
• Develop procurement dashboards and executive reporting.
