Job summary

Lightspeed is seeking an Outbound Account Executive to join our NOAM hospitality sales team. This full-cycle AE will generate pipeline through proactive prospecting, book meetings, and own the sales process from discovery to close, helping hospitality venues adopt Lightspeed’s POS and payments solutions.

You’ll drive multi-channel outreach, maintain Salesforce hygiene, and collaborate with cross-functional partners to ensure long-term customer success.

Qualifications

• Experience building pipeline with outbound motion.
• Ability to forecast pipeline and hit targets.
• Proven track record in enterprise sales.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and build a high-potential pipeline across NOAM hospitality venues.
• Lead multi-channel outreach including cold calling, email, and social selling.
• Own the full sales cycle from discovery to close and ensure smooth onboarding for new partners.
• Deliver tailored demonstrations mapping Lightspeed features to venues’ needs.
