Job summary

LightForce Orthodontics, Inc. invites an Orthodontic Integration Specialist to drive onboarding, adoption, and growth of our digital orthodontic system in practices.

You will apply clinical expertise and knowledge of orthodontic workflows to identify opportunities for growth and accelerate revenue and case volume. Working with the sales team, you will assess current state, tailor training resources, and enable full adoption with doctors and staff, while maintaining a positive customer

Qualifications

• Clinical certification in dentistry or orthodontics required.
• Minimum 5+ years of orthodontics experience.
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel up to 50%.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical support to doctors to onboard and integrate LightForce.
• Build relationships with practice teams and partners with a consultative approach.
• Deliver clinical training and presentations virtually and in person.
• Lead onboarding strategy for full adoption with doctors and staff.
• Collaborate with sales, marketing and support to prioritise opportunities.
• Utilise data/analytics to support customer decision making.
