Description

The Align Digital Platform is an integrated suite of proprietary technologies and services delivered as a seamless end-to-end solution to customers, transforming smiles and changing lives. As a Digital Platform Territory Manager (“DPTM”), you will leverage your commercial acumen and influencing skills to drive sales of iTero intraoral scanners to orthodontists, general dentists, and laboratory partners by applying comprehensive knowledge of our Digital Platform.

Location: Canada-Alberta-Remote

Your primary goal is to expand the Digital Platform by building influential relationships with customers to modernize practices and provide high-quality digital restorative, orthodontic, and dental hygiene care. You will use your needs-based discovery and business knowledge to join our fast-moving, diverse team that is advancing the industry from analog to digital.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage sales territory and act as a business partner to grow customers' practices, expanding iTero scanner adoption and Invisalign aligners.
  • Utilize insights, data, and analytics with a consultative approach to influence customer decisions on adopting digital tools.
  • Develop and execute a territory plan, prospect for new iTero opportunities, and understand potential in each account.
  • Collaborate with other sales team members, clinical support, and dental laboratories to enhance customer experience and promote solutions.
  • Partner with channel members, clinical teams, marketing, and labs to maximize opportunities.
  • Coordinate internal resources to optimize customer engagement and promote Align/iTero solutions.

Skills, Knowledge & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
  • At least 4 years in B2B sales or dental industry experience, including medical devices, capital equipment, or dental/orthodontic sales; knowledge of dental implants, restorative, or labs is preferred.
  • Business and marketing acumen, including ROI, cash flow, and P&L understanding.
  • Tech-savvy with proficiency in web platforms, digital tools, Microsoft Office, CRM (Salesforce preferred), and virtual communication.
  • Proven sales achievement record.
  • Strong relationship-building and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent organization, time management, and multitasking abilities.
  • High customer service standards and troubleshooting skills.
  • Physical ability to lift up to 40 lbs.
  • Excellent English communication and presentation skills; fluent French required for roles supporting Quebec.
  • Valid driver’s license and good driving record.
  • Legally authorized to work in Canada and willing to travel within Canada and to the US.

Work Schedule:

  • Standard 40-hour work week, five days.
  • Travel approximately 50% within Canada, including overnight stays, some nights, and weekends.
