Job summary

Absolute Security in Canada is seeking a full-time Order Management Specialist to fulfill software license orders using Salesforce and NetSuite, with SLAs in place and a focus on accuracy and customer service.

This 14-month maternity leave role allows remote candidates, ideally based in BC or Alberta, and requires five years of experience in order management, plus strong Excel skills and collaboration across teams.

Qualifications

• Five years of experience in an Order Management environment.
• Proficiency in Excel for data management.
• Experience with Salesforce and NetSuite is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manual Order Entry and templated report creation for orders.
• Assign orders to customer accounts in Salesforce to provision licenses.
• Process invoicing and credit notes as required.
• Track and resolve order discrepancies and ensure correct Service Start dates.
• Collaborate with Trading Partners and other departments to ensure complete customer data.
