Qualifications

• 1–3 years account management experience in an agricultural field.
• Knowledge of farming practices and equipment.

Responsibilities

• Improve mobile and online experience for the customer, ensuring satisfaction.
• Provide timely phone, email and chat support, including after-hours when needed.
• Maintain and update communications in the CRM system.
• Collaborate with Enterprise Account Manager on enhancements and feedback.
• Onboard online and mobile customer accounts and maintain account structures.
• Assist with data migration from third parties as required.
