Job summary

Everest Clinical Research seeks a Clinical Operations Lead for its Bridgewater, NJ on-site location or remote from USA per Work from Home policy. You will lead site management and monitoring delivery, ensuring regulatory compliance and timely milestones across studies.

Requires a Bachelor’s degree or RN, 10+ years in clinical research, ICH-GCP expertise, oncology experience, and strong leadership with travel about 25%.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or RN in a life science or related field.
• Ten (10) years’ clinical research trial and/or monitoring experience.
• Thorough knowledge of ICH-GCP guidelines and applicable regulations.
• Oncology experience required. Pain / CV / and Metabolic experience would be advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership for site management and clinical monitoring across studies.
• Identify and motivate study sites for patient recruitment and retention.
• Ensure quality deliverables through CTMS/eTMF tools and tracking.
• Develop monitoring plans and oversee monitoring visit reports.
