Job summary

Everest Clinical Research Corporation is seeking an Associate Director, Biostatistics for our Toronto/Markham, Ontario location or remote from a home-based office across Canada in accordance with our Work from Home policy. You will lead statistical teams, guide study design, and ensure regulatory-grade analyses and reporting across multiple trials.

Qualifications

• Ph.D. in statistical science or related field with 10+ years of relevant Biostatistics experience.
• Demonstrated exceptional ability and performance.
• Master's degree with 13+ years of relevant experience (alternative pathway)

Responsibilities

• Lead statistical and programming teams across multiple trials.
• Provide technical review and mentorship to Biostatisticians and Programmers.
• Contribute to protocol design, SAPs, and CSRs with regulatory alignment (CDISC).
• Interact with clients and internal teams to plan study plans and deliverables.
• Ensure QC and validity of statistical deliverables before client delivery.
