Job summary

Solventum Canada invites you to join our MedSurg sales team. This remote role (Montreal region) focuses on maintaining and expanding territory sales, driving growth, and educating healthcare professionals on our products and guidelines to position Solventum as a trusted solutions provider.

The ideal candidate brings 7+ years of sales experience (or 11+ with lower education), 2 years in healthcare/medical sales, a valid driver’s license, and CRM knowledge (Salesforce).

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree AND seven (7) years of sales experience in a private, public, government or military environment.
• Highschool/GED AND eleven (11) years of sales experience in a private, public, government or military environment.
• Two (2) years of healthcare/medical sales experience in a private, public, government or military environment.
• Valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and build territory sales, driving growth and developing new business opportunities within the designated geography.
• Accountability for fiscal growth targets and budgets.
• Educate healthcare staff on products, standards, and guidelines, positioning Solventum as a solutions provider.
• Work and collaborate with Solventum internal sales and marketing teams.
• Manage long selling cycles consisting of multiple touch points.
