Job summary
Allstate Insurance Company of Canada is hiring a Life Specialist for a full-time remote role reporting to the Manager, Group & Strategic Alliances. You will support clients with life policies, conduct analyses, and provide coverage recommendations while maintaining strong relationships with policyholders and partner organizations.
Ideal candidates hold 5–7 years in life insurance, are bilingual in French and English, and possess licenses in Ontario and Quebec.
Qualifications
- 5 to 7 years of experience in life insurance products and services
- Proficient with Microsoft Office applications (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
- Knowledge of core Allstate products, channels, agency structure, and Prevention & Protection offerings
- Active Life Insurance licenses in Ontario and Quebec with willingness to obtain more as required
- Bilingual in French and English
Responsibilities
- Maintain licenses in Ontario and Quebec for servicing and sales consultations
- Perform portfolio analyses, needs assessments, and policy recommendations
- Direct policy changes and enhancements to appropriate experts
- Maintain regular communication with policyholders and alliance teams
- Support field presentations, partner engagements, and training for agents
- Provide advocacy for Prevention & Protection products at events
