Job summary

Allstate Insurance Company of Canada is seeking a Life Specialist to support customers with their life insurance policies through service, policy analysis, and relationship management. This remote, full-time role reports to the Manager, Group & Strategic Alliances.

Responsibilities include licensing in Ontario and Quebec, portfolio analyses, policy changes, client communications, and collaboration with alliance partners.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5–7 years of experience in life insurance products and services.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
• Knowledge of Allstate core products, distribution channels, and Prevention & Protection offerings.

Responsibilities

• Maintain licenses in Ontario and Quebec (Life, Accident & Sickness, and OTL).
• Perform portfolio analyses, needs assessments, and policy recommendations.
• Review and process policyholder requests for changes and coverage enhancements.
• Maintain regular communication with policyholders and partner teams.
• Support alliances teams with presentations and training.
