Job summary

Allstate Insurance Company of Canada is seeking a Life Specialist to support clients with life policies through service, analyses, and recommendations. This full-time remote role reports to the Manager, Group & Strategic Alliances, and requires licenses for Ontario and Quebec, with potential for additional provincial licenses.

Key duties include policy changes, regular client communication, and collaboration with alliance management teams to support retention and renewals.

Qualifications

• Minimum education: college diploma or university degree.
• 5 to 7 years of experience in life insurance products and services.
• Proficient with MS Office tools.

Responsibilities

• Support clients with life insurance policies through service, analysis, and coverage recommendations.
• Maintain licenses in Ontario and Quebec for life, A&S, and OTL to support servicing and sales.
• Collaborate with alliance partners and advisors to manage policies and renewals.
• Provide portfolio analyses, needs assessments, and policy recommendations.
