Western Financial Group is hiring licensed Life Insurance Brokers in a remote Saskatchewan role. You will convert leads into new business, service and renew a growing book, and collaborate with local branches to meet Financial Services needs.

The position offers a commission-based structure with a guaranteed minimum income in Year 1 and expansive product training, flexible hours, remote work, and strong support from management.

Qualifications

• Must have an LLQP licence
• Legally eligible to work in Canada
• Resilient and motivated by smashing targets
• Passionate about insurance and continuously expanding your product knowledge

Responsibilities

• Convert a high volume of leads into new business, while servicing and renewing your growing book of business and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction
• Work closely with local Western branches to support our current customer base and their Financial Services needs
• Meet and exceed sales targets, ensuring that you are tailoring the right solutions for every customer
• Ensure every call meets the highest standards of compliance and accuracy
