Job summary

Western Financial Group in Weyburn, SK, is hiring an Insurance Advisor to meet sales targets by quoting and referring new business. You will build lasting relationships with customers and help protect what matters most to them.

No prior license is required; training is provided for the right candidate. RIBO / General Level 1 license is an asset. This is a full-time role (37.5 hours/week) at Weyburn with competitive compensation and benefits.

Qualifications

No prior experience required; training provided for unlicensed candidates.
RIBO / General Level 1 Insurance License an asset.
Proficient in navigating multiple computer programs.
Professional communication in-person, over the phone, and via email.
Experience achieving sales targets in a similar role.

Responsibilities

Provide quotes and sell new policies to customers via phone, in person, and email.
Assist customers with home and auto policy purchases.
Build and manage customer relationships to meet insurance sales targets.
Follow up on client accounts to resolve outstanding activities.
Conduct sales calls for new business and renewal calls for existing customers.
