Job summary

ClaimsPro LP is seeking a Liability Claims Examiner to join the International Programs Group. This remote role can be performed from anywhere in Canada, with compensation ranging from CAD 67,200 to CAD 93,300 annually.

The IPG handles Lloyd's of London syndicates and other insurers, offering opportunities to work with a national network of adjusting firms. The successful candidate will examine complex liability claims and coordinate with Field Adjusters and claimants.

Qualifications

• Post-secondary education is an asset.
• CIP courses, or working towards CIP designation, are desired.
• Ability to hold an independent adjusting license.

Responsibilities

• Act as an examiner for various Lloyds accounts involving prompt, fair claims service to clients.
• Examine complex liability claims and direct field adjusters on investigations.
• Settle claims directly with claimants or representatives.
• Administer claims payments/settlements through trust accounts.
• Liaise with stakeholders to ensure client needs are met.
