Great American Insurance Group's Executive Liability Division seeks a Claims Representative or Senior Claims Representative to work fully remote from Canada. You will manage a portfolio of claim files, analyze coverage, and develop strategies to resolve matters while maintaining detailed documentation.

The role requires strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills, plus the ability to comply with laws and company policies. Salary ranges reflect experience and location.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field or CIP coursework preferred.
• Experience in claims handling with analytical and negotiation skills.
• Knowledge of statutes, regulations and insurance practices.

Responsabilidades

• Handles an inventory of claim files with accuracy and discretion.
• Evaluates coverage and liability; issues written opinions and monitors files.
• Develops and implements claim litigation and resolution strategies.
• Maintains detailed claim files with correspondence and settlements.
• Attends arbitrations/mediations as needed and ensures regulatory compliance.
