Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or related field.
• 5+ years in CI, process engineering, or industrial engineering.
• Lean Six Sigma Green or Black Belt certification preferred.
• Experience leading remote-friendly projects and collaborating virtually.
• Proficiency in data analysis and process mapping tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead remote continuous improvement projects using Lean and Six Sigma.
• Analyze operational data to identify bottlenecks and cost reductions.
• Develop and implement standardized processes and KPIs.
• Collaborate virtually with cross-functional teams to drive change.
• Conduct root-cause analysis and implement corrective actions.
• Create and maintain documentation for CI projects.
