Job summary

Equilibrium is seeking a Junior Groundwater Modeller / Hydrogeologist to join our hydrogeology team. You’ll support groundwater modelling, data analysis, and field investigations across mining and other projects, gaining hands-on consulting experience.

This remote position includes regular in-person team collaboration days and requires you to be located within 1.5 hours of Montreal or Toronto; occasional travel may be needed.

Qualifications

• 0–4 years in hydrogeology or related field.
• Exposure to groundwater modelling concepts.
• Experience with modelling tools and data analysis.

Responsibilities

• Support hydrogeological assessments and groundwater modelling projects.
• Participate in field investigations and monitoring programs.
• Compile, manage, and visualize hydrogeological data.
• Assist with development of conceptual/numerical models.
• Prepare technical deliverables and reports.
