Job summary

Thales is seeking an IT Project Manager, Facilities and Real Estate Specialist for North America. You will lead end-to-end IT project delivery related to site builds, relocations, and smart building technologies, partnering with Real Estate, Corporate Security, Procurement, and IT teams.

The role requires multi-site coordination, budget oversight, vendor management, and governance-aligned execution. Travel up to 20% may be required; US and Canada sites included.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Engineering, Business, or related field.
• 8-10+ years IT project management experience.
• Experience managing Real Estate / Facilities IT projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead full lifecycle delivery of IT projects focusing on Real Estate and Facilities initiatives.
• Coordinate IT infrastructure deployment (network, AV, end-user computing, security systems) with construction timelines.
• Manage vendor deliverables, contracts and performance; provide leadership updates.
