Job summary

Thales is seeking an IT Project Manager, Facilities and Real Estate Specialist to lead end-to-end IT projects focused on site openings, renovations, and smart building technologies. You will collaborate with Real Estate, Corporate Security, IT, and external partners to ensure IT readiness and compliant deployment across multiple sites.

The role requires deep facilities-driven IT delivery experience, strong cross-functional coordination, and effective vendor management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Engineering, or related field with 8–10+ years of PM experience.
• Experience leading Real Estate/Facilities IT projects (office builds, relocations, renovations).
• Proficiency with IT infrastructure domains and PM methodologies (Waterfall/Agile/hybrid).

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of IT projects with emphasis on Real Estate/Facilities initiatives.
• Coordinate IT infrastructure deployment (network, AV, end-user computing, security) with facilities timelines.
• Act as primary IT liaison for stakeholders, vendors, and external contractors; manage budgets and risks.
