You will manage cross-functional teams, define scope, timelines, and budgets, and ensure governance with strong risk management.

Qualifications

• 6+ years leading IT projects with focus on business process and organizational change.
• 3+ years managing cross-functional teams for large-scale, high-visibility initiatives.
• Solid understanding of the SDLC to manage internal dev teams and vendors.
• Proficient across Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid methodologies and able to select the right framework.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for business audiences.
• Ability to perform early discovery to identify hidden risks.
• Objectivity in timelines and project health, with focus on outcomes over busy work.
• Ability to guard scope and manage stakeholder expectations.
• Tool-agnostic across multiple platforms and domains.
• High emotional intelligence to navigate diverse personalities and dynamics.
• Precise documentation to ensure smooth turnover for a successor.

Responsibilities

• Stakeholder & Scope Management: Partner with Technology Enablement, Business, and third-party stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
• Strategic Alignment: Collaborate with the Program Manager to set program standards and ensure activities align with portfolio goals.
• Execution & Planning: Develop and execute detailed project plans, including resource allocation, timelines, and budget oversight.
• Risk Mitigation: Proactively identify and address risks/issues; deliver data-driven reports on achievements, risks, and financial status.
• Team Leadership & Vendor Management: Lead cross-functional teams and external vendors, guiding to meet milestones and maintain stakeholder relationships.
• Artifact Excellence: Produce and maintain project artifacts to high standards for continuity throughout the engagement.
