Job summary

Procom is seeking a Senior Project Manager for a contract role. This remote position prefers Alberta-based candidates but is open to anywhere in Canada. The project focuses on Salesforce-based tech enablement, software development, and aligning with broader portfolio goals.

You will partner with Technology Enablement, Business, and vendors to drive scope, plans, and risk management, while ensuring timely, high-quality artifacts and stakeholder alignment across programs.

Qualifications

• PMP, PMI-ACP or equivalent certification.
• 6+ years leading IT projects with a focus on business process and organizational change.
• 3+ years managing cross-functional teams for large initiatives.
• Solid understanding of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC).
• Proficiency in Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid methodologies.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to perform rapid discovery and provide unbiased feedback.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Program Manager to set program standards and ensure alignment with portfolio goals.
• Develop and execute detailed project plans, including resource allocation, timelines and budget oversight.
