Placements24 is seeking a skilled Remote Helpdesk Analyst to join our IT team. This fully remote role supports internal users, diagnosing and resolving a wide range of IT issues to keep systems running smoothly from any location.

The ideal candidate brings solid Windows and Office knowledge, familiarity with TCP/IP and VPN, and strong communication skills for effective virtual support.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Helpdesk Analyst or IT Support in a remote setup.
• Strong knowledge of Windows OS, Microsoft Office Suite, and common business applications.
• Familiarity with network troubleshooting (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP) and VPN/remote access support.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills for remote interactions.

Responsibilities

• Provide first- and second-level remote IT support to end-users.
• Install, configure, and troubleshoot desktops, laptops, printers, and peripherals.
• Manage user accounts, permissions, and access across systems.
• Diagnose and resolve network connectivity issues and support VPN access.
• Maintain documentation of IT assets, configurations, and procedures in the helpdesk system.
