Job summary

Qualifications

• Typically between 3–5 years of relevant experience and a post-secondary degree in a related field or equivalent.
• In-depth knowledge of the business unit’s products, processes and controls.
• In-depth understanding of risk and regulatory requirements of the business.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills and collaboration abilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide team trading support on heavy trade days.
• Support daily tasks and reconciliation with accuracy and efficiency.
• Communicate with internal partners and external customers to resolve inquiries.
• Ensure compliance with SLAs and regulatory controls; follow policy and process.
• Assist in data gathering for reports and dashboards; support process improvements.
