Job summary

Bank of Montreal is seeking a Customer Lending Specialist to advise customers on borrowing strategies and personal lending products via remote channels. You will understand customer needs and provide solutions that meet their objectives while delivering excellent service.

You will handle a variety of banking interactions, complete documentation accurately, escalate complex cases, and refer prospects to other business groups when appropriate.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of relevant experience
• Knowledge of personal lending and home financing products
• Knowledge of call centre operational processes and policies
• Verbal & written communication skills; strong organizational abilities

Responsibilities

• Advise customers on borrowing strategies and products to meet objectives
• Fulfills sales and service activities for customers
• Identify referrals to other business groups
• Handle customer contacts and documentation with accuracy
