Job summary

Bank of Montreal is seeking a Wealth Sales & Service professional to provide administrative and operational support for investment planning and client service. You will work with the team to attract and service clients, coordinate meetings, and monitor performance against targets.

You will build client trust by delivering accurate information, analyzing data, and maintaining compliant, efficient processes across marketing and client service initiatives.

Qualifications

• Develops client relationships and acquires new clients through referrals and marketing initiatives.
• Executes telemarketing and outbound calls to expand business growth.
• Provides knowledge of investment products and services and communicates appropriate options to clients.
• Analyzes data, prepares regular and ad-hoc reports and dashboards to support decisions.

Responsibilities

• Support delivery of financial and investment planning and advice.
• Coordinate client meetings and office coverage.
• Ensure compliance with risk, regulatory, and privacy policies.
• Resolve client inquiries and issues in a timely manner; escalate when needed.
• Maintain accurate client records and documentation.
