Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in insurance sales or a high-performing sales environment.
• Active RIBO license in good standing is required.

Responsibilities

• Grow your business by generating new leads through digital outreach, referrals, networking, and community engagement.
• Understand client needs and recommend tailored insurance solutions.
• Deliver competitive quotes using rating tools and insurer portals for personal and commercial lines.
• Negotiate with underwriters to secure optimal coverage and pricing.
• Close new business and ensure client details are accurately recorded in the Broker Management System (BMS).
• Guide clients through policy term changes and renewals for a seamless experience.
• Collaborate with the Corporate Account Management and service teams to deliver top-tier client service.
• Identify cross-sell and upsell opportunities to strengthen relationships and retention.
