Qualifications

- Minimum of 5 years in industrial engineering focusing on efficiency and process improvement.
- Proven ability to derive insights from complex data.
- Proficiency in Excel, Power BI, SQL, and data analytics tools.
- Excellent remote collaboration and communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving and proactive improvement mindset.
Responsibilities
- Conduct remote analysis of industrial operations to identify KPIs and efficiency gains.
- Develop data-driven recommendations for process optimization and waste reduction.
- Collaborate virtually with plant managers, engineers, and staff to implement solutions.
- Use process simulation and data analytics to evaluate impact of changes.
- Create detailed reports outlining findings and implementation plans.
- Stay updated on industry best practices and technologies.
