You will analyze processes, develop strategic improvement plans, and guide teams virtually through change initiatives. Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design and implementation of comprehensive continuous improvement programs using Lean and Six Sigma methodologies.
• Analyze complex operational processes across different departments to identify inefficiencies and areas for enhancement.
• Develop and document best practices, standard operating procedures, and training materials for virtual rollout.

Requirements

• Expertise in Lean Manufacturing tools (e.g., VSM, 5S, Kaizen, Poka-Yoke) and Six Sigma methodologies (Green Belt or Black Belt certification preferred).
• Proven ability to manage complex projects and lead change initiatives in a remote environment.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking skills.
• Excellent virtual communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
