Placements24 is seeking an Industrial Engineer with a strong focus on data analysis and simulation to join a remote team. You will collect, analyze, and interpret large datasets to identify trends, develop robust simulation models, and test process improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Statistics, or a related quantitative field.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in industrial engineering focusing on data analysis and simulation.
• Proficiency in statistical software (R, Python with Pandas/NumPy/SciPy) and simulation tools (Arena, AnyLogic).
• Strong knowledge of statistical modeling, experimental design, and optimization techniques.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and data visualization skills.

Responsibilities

• Collect, clean, and analyze large datasets related to operational performance, efficiency, and resource utilization.
• Develop, validate, and implement simulation models to test process changes and predict their impact.
