Job summary

CityView is seeking an Implementation Specialist / Business Analyst to work remotely across the U.S. and Canada, configuring the CityView solution to meet government client requirements and delivering training to ensure value creation. Travel up to 15% in Canada and the US may be required.

You will analyze client processes, map requirements, perform discovery, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver optimized workflows and successful deployments.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience with software configuration, business process analysis, and/or end-user training.
• Experience and/or knowledge of local government business processes.
• Post-secondary education in a technology-related discipline or equivalent work experience.
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills in a highly professional, customer-facing environment.
• Ability to travel up to 15% in Canada and the US.

Responsibilities

• Define and document customer business requirements; interpret and apply information within project scope.
• Translate client requirements into functional specifications aligned with CityView processes.
• Identify gaps between client needs and out-of-the-box capabilities; conduct discovery sessions.
• Configure workflows, business rules, and system settings to enable business processes.
• Coordinate legacy data conversion with Data Conversion Specialists for smooth migration.
• Conduct training sessions for end-users in remote and classroom settings.
• Develop expertise in CityView functionality to support clients and identify enhancements.
• Provide exceptional client service throughout the implementation lifecycle.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Project Managers and QA.
