Job summary

Bell Canada seeks a detail-oriented Remote Business Analyst to support a growing portfolio of client projects across US and UK markets. You will liaise between cross-functional teams and international clients, identify business needs, define technical requirements, and deliver data-driven insights that drive innovation and operational efficiency.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a related field.
Experience across time zones with international stakeholders.
Knowledge of BA frameworks, data modeling, and requirements gathering.
Proficiency with JIRA, Confluence, Office, Tableau or Power BI.
Excellent English communication, both written and verbal.
Analytical mindset with problem-solving and detail orientation.

Responsibilities

Work with US/UK clients to gather and document detailed requirements.
Conduct market research and business analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
Facilitate cross-functional meetings to align stakeholders and define project goals.
Translate business needs into functional specifications for technical teams.
Develop reports, dashboards, and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations.
Monitor project performance and ensure alignment with timelines and objectives.
Support QA processes by validating deliverables against requirements.
Provide post-implementation support, evaluate outcomes, and suggest improvements.
