Job summary
A consulting firm is looking for a motivated HR Generalist to join its growing team. This full-time, permanent hybrid position is based in Metro Vancouver and primarily remote, with occasional travel to client sites. The successful candidate will support various HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, payroll, and employee relations, while helping to promote an inclusive work culture. Ideal candidates will have 2–3 years of HR experience and a strong understanding of BC Employment Standards.
Qualifications
Minimum 2–3 years of HR experience, ideally in a consulting or multi client environment.
Working knowledge of the BC Employment Standards Act (ESA) and related legislation.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
Responsibilities
Provide HR support to employees and managers across multiple clients.
Assist with recruitment activities, onboarding, and employee documentation.
Maintain HR files and ensure compliance with employment legislation.
Support employee relations by responding to inquiries and concerns.
Coordinate training sessions and support internal HR projects.
