Job summary

Accuro EMR is seeking an Implementation Specialist to join our team and help deploy Accuro®EMR to medical clinics across Canada. You will train clinic staff and providers on workflows, billing, scheduling, lab results, and medical records, while supporting go-live and transition activities.

The role includes onsite and remote work with travel across Canada (up to 50%), contributing to project success and best practices.

Qualifications

• Experience in training adults one-on-one and/or in groups.
• Previous work in medical or technical fields preferred.
• Previous software implementations experience is an asset.
• MOA experience is an asset.
• Accuro experience is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Conduct workflow, complete configuration as needed, deliver onsite and remote training, provide go live and transition support.
• Perform all implementation tasks/activities as specified within the project plan.
• Demonstrate full product knowledge and establish areas of expertise.
• Provide timely communications to the Project Management Team on progress and issues.
• Contribute to continual improvement of implementation, training and materials.
