Job summary

Everforth Apex is seeking a Business Process Consultant to support digital health transformation and interoperability initiatives across Canada. The successful candidate will provide business analysis expertise to improve clinical workflows, support healthcare integrations, and help deliver modern digital health solutions that enhance care coordination and operational efficiency.

Qualifications

Minimum five years of business analysis in healthcare or digital health environments.
Experience leading business analysis and process improvement initiatives.
Strong elicitation, documentation, validation and management of requirements.
Experience facilitating workshops with clinical, operational, technical, executive, and vendor stakeholders.
Knowledge of HL7, FHIR, APIs and interoperability concepts.

Responsibilities

Lead BA activities supporting digital health and interoperability initiatives.
Engage stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business, clinical, and technical requirements.
Analyze and map current and future-state workflows, processes, data flows, and integration needs.
Translate clinical and business requirements into solution specifications aligned with interoperability standards.
Support solution design, implementation planning, integration activities, and POC efforts.
Develop and maintain requirements docs, workflow diagrams, use cases, and data mappings.
Provide expertise on clinical workflows and secure information exchange.
Support governance, privacy, security, and change management activities.
Collaborate with project, architecture, product, and delivery teams to modernize workflows.
Support executive decision-making through analysis and recommendations.
