Job summary

Amplify Care in Ontario seeks a Business Analyst to advance digital health initiatives. You will gather and document requirements for system integration, review technical docs, and communicate insights to clinical, business, and technical partners.

You’ll help deliver integration projects and support go-live activities. Ideal candidates have health informatics experience, knowledge of EMRs/HL7 FHIR, and strong collaboration skills across diverse teams.

Qualifications

• Experience with health information exchange standards, HL7 FHIR, and health IT workflows.
• Strong requirements gathering and workflow mapping capabilities.
• Proven coordination and communication skills across clinical and technical partners.
• Familiarity with Excel and SharePoint for reporting and collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate workshops with clinicians, vendors, and project teams to document end-to-end workflows involving integrations.
• Gather business and technical requirements and map them to existing product functionality or new designs.
• Create and manage project documentation, including requirements and test strategies.
• Plan, conduct and document testing with solution developers, vendors, and end users.
• Troubleshoot issues in testing and live systems and support risk/issue tracking.
