Job summary

Canopy Growth Corporation in Canada is seeking a senior leader to drive Medical Brands and Trade Marketing across Spectrum Therapeutics. You will shape global brand frameworks, ensure consistent positioning, and develop tools that empower regional teams while meeting regulatory standards.

You will lead a high-performing team, partner with Sales and regional markets, and translate insights into actionable assets for clinics, HCPs, and patients.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in brand management, product marketing, trade marketing, or commercial marketing roles.
• Proven experience building and scaling product positioning and differentiation in market.
• Strong expertise in sales enablement, field marketing, and HCP engagement.
• Experience developing global toolkits, brand frameworks, and commercial assets.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and governance of global medical brand frameworks under Spectrum Therapeutics.
• Establish consistent positioning, messaging, and visual identity guidelines across all markets.
• Develop and maintain brand and product guidebooks to support global execution and alignment.
• Partner with global and regional teams to ensure scalable adoption of brand standards.
• Lead product marketing strategy across the medical portfolio with clear differentiation in market.
• Define and translate product value propositions, claims, and positioning into actionable tools for the field.
