BioSyent Inc. is seeking a Senior Marketing Manager to lead Canadian product strategy, pre-launch and launch planning, and brand execution.

This role requires a proven track record in launching pharmaceutical products in Canada and strong cross-functional leadership to ensure revenue and profitability targets are met. The position emphasizes developing messaging, market research, digital strategies, and KOL engagement while managing budgets and ROI.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree in Business or Science.
• Minimum 10 years pharmaceutical sales & marketing experience.
• Experience launching pharmaceutical products in the Canadian market.
• Strong communication skills (written and verbal).

Responsibilities

• Lead Canadian product strategy with short-term and long-term brand plans.
• Develop pre-launch and launch plans with market research and go-to-market activities.
• Oversee cross-functional launch execution within budget and timelines.
• Build brand messaging, creative assets, and digital strategies incl. AI use.
• Manage budget, ROI analysis, and vendor relationships; track KPIs.
• Foster relationships with KOLs and participate in medical conferences.
