Job summary

Trolley is seeking a GTM Operations Engineer to own AI-enabled campaigns across the full lifecycle, from ideation through post-ops. You will drive experiments, optimize landing pages, and manage campaign infrastructure to hit pipeline targets.

You will work with sales, product, and content teams in a fast-growth environment, leveraging automation and data insights to improve conversion rates and revenue velocity. This role offers 30 days remote work and equity support.

Qualifications

• Proven track record building end-to-end marketing campaigns driving pipeline.
• Experience in growth/demand generation with bottom-of-funnel focus.
• Familiarity with AI-enabled automation for scaling campaigns.
• Fluency with marketing automation tools and no-code stacks.
• Experience managing CRM and marketing attribution lifecycle and reporting.
• Understanding of CRO mindset and sales funnel alignment.
• Startup experience in fast-growth environments.
• Strong collaboration with cross-functional teams across Sales, Product, and Content.

Responsibilities

• Build AI-enabled campaigns end-to-end, managing tooling, deployment, and delivery.
• Develop a monthly roadmap of experiments targeting pipeline goals.
• Make technical changes to demo forms, landing pages, and trial experiences.
• Own data quality, segmentation, routing, enrichment across GTM systems.
• Create campaign-level reporting from top-of-funnel to closed-won.
• Troubleshoot tooling issues and optimize workflows daily.
• Collaborate with sales, product, and content teams to deliver cohesive campaigns.
