Wurth Canada Limited is seeking a Marketing & Business Development Specialist for a remote role with occasional travel across Canada. The ideal candidate will support the Division Manager in implementing go-to-market plans, identify growth opportunities, and help shape the product and service portfolio.

Proficiency with MS Office and CRM systems is preferred, with bilingual French/English a plus. The role emphasizes analytical insight, cross-functional collaboration, and strategic execution

Qualifications

• Degree or diploma in Business Operations/Strategy, or related subject preferred.
• Bilingual French/English - verbal and written is an asset.
• Highly analytical and influential to drive performance.

Responsibilities

• Assist Division Manager in implementing a company-wide go-to-market plan for the Division.
• Identify and assess divisional market fields with growth potential and cascade strategy to Salesforce with Sales and Marketing teams.
• Develop strategic and operational measures to drive sales growth with the Division Manager.
• Support in identifying/product range and services portfolio for the Division.
• Conduct market research and report back to the Division Manager through ongoing visits to customers and pricing analysis.
• Join sales calls and ride along with sales teams to support activities and progress.
