The role emphasizes building strategic supplier relationships, ensuring compliance with procurement policies, and collaborating with internal stakeholders across business units to meet diverse sourcing requirements.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in sourcing, procurement, or category management.
• Experience managing the RFP process and supplier negotiations.
• Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Experience working in a remote, collaborative technology environment.

Responsibilities

• Identify, screen, and qualify potential suppliers globally and locally.
• Manage end-to-end sourcing process, including RFPs, RFQs, and vendor assessments.
• Negotiate pricing, terms, and conditions with suppliers to achieve cost savings.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with strategic suppliers.
• Ensure compliance with procurement policies and ethical sourcing standards.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand project requirements and sourcing needs.
