Crossing Hurdles is seeking a senior contracting counsel to create, refine, and manage contract negotiation playbooks. You will draft and annotate commercial agreements, ensuring clarity and compliance with standards, while offering expert guidance on negotiation strategies.

Qualifications

• Experience as General Counsel or deputy/assistant with a strong focus on contract negotiation playbooks.
• Expertise in drafting, negotiating, and managing commercial contracts within corporate environments.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities, with attention to detail and clarity.
• Knowledge of industry-standard practices for contract review and risk assessment.
• Experience developing or utilizing contract negotiation playbooks specifically designed for companies.
• Familiarity with document-driven project assignments, including sourcing and submitting eligible materials.
• Ability to work independently and deliver concise, actionable insights for AI training purposes.
