Job summary

YO IT Consulting is seeking a Contract Specialist for remote work. You will draft, review, and refine a variety of commercial agreements, including MSAs, lease, IP licensing, marketing, and licensing agreements, ensuring legal compliance and practical applicability.

The role requires strong writing and verbal skills, meticulous attention to contract language, and the ability to work autonomously in a remote setting. Experience with AI-driven projects is a plus.

Qualifications

• Practicing or recently qualified commercial attorney with exposure to contract drafting and negotiation.
• Experience with MSAs, lease agreements, IP and marketing contracts.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with attention to clarity and accuracy in contractual language.
• Demonstrated ability to create or adapt legal documents for practical, real-world scenarios.
• Experience with remote collaboration and delivering assignments autonomously.
• Detail-oriented approach to ensure agreements comply with relevant laws and best practices.
• Interest or background in legal operations, technology, or AI-enabled platforms is a plus.

• Lease Agreements
• Intellectual Property (IP) Licensing Agreements
• Marketing Agreements
• Licensing Agreements
• Ensure all agreements reflect current legal standards, industry best practices, and practical commercial use cases.
• Submit well-structured, high-quality documents that contribute to the project's AI training dataset.
• Communicate promptly and professionally, both in writing and verbally, to clarify requirements and deliverables as needed.

Preferred Qualifications
