Job summary

Loopio is seeking a Senior Sales Response Manager in the Greater Toronto Area to own our most complex proposal responses and serve as the internal Loopio Champion. You will partner with Solutions Consultants and senior stakeholders across Sales, Customer Experience, and Product to elevate our response standards.

The role emphasizes governance, content quality, and platform optimization, with a focus on cross-functional impact and revenue influence.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in a Sales Proposal or Sales Response Manager role.
• Experience leading complex, high-stakes proposals.
• Hands-on experience with Loopio or similar RFP automation software.
• Track record of driving process improvements and leading change.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery of our most complex and highest-value proposal responses.
• Maintain and optimize Library content, templates, and workflows.
• Train and onboard new users and be the go-to resource for using Loopio.
• Identify features and workflow improvements to increase adoption and efficiency.
• Write and edit proposal content at a senior level for accuracy and tone.
• Set standards and playbooks for the Sales Response function.
