Job summary

Loopio is seeking a Senior Design Manager to shape our brand and drive design across channels. You will oversee production, manage resources, and scale impact with AI while preserving brand integrity.

You will evolve our visual identity and lead video-centric brand assets, mentoring a team of designers and freelancers. You will collaborate with Marketing, Sales, CX, Product, Partnerships, and Talent to deliver visuals for customers, prospects, employees, and more, while fostering a remote-first

Qualifications

• 5-8 years of experience managing brand and design in-house (tech/B2B preferred).
• Excellent project management skills with a fast, organized process.

Responsibilities

• Oversee design production for brand and marketing projects, acting as designer and PM.
• Manage design resources, vendor selection, tool inquiries, and process improvements.
• Scale brand impact using AI with governance to stay on-brand and accurate.
• Build and maintain a world-class visual identity across channels.
• Own video and motion as core brand channels with systems for rapid production.
• Mentor and train the design team, including freelancers and web designer.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, CX, Product teams to develop visuals for diverse audiences.
